What You’ll Handle:

• Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• File documents with local, state, and federal courts (both electronically and in person).
• Conduct legal research and keep case files organized.
• Manage attorney schedules, including coordinating client meetings and court appearances.
• Maintain effective and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Answer phones, communicate with clients, attorneys, and courts

What We Seek:

• At least two years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite, CLIO case management a plus
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Family Law Attorney

Moshier Law is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our team. With at least two (2) years of family law experience (bonus if you’ve worked with probate or DCS matters), you’ll be a legacy part of our expanding firm. We’re seeking an attorney who is passionate about family law, with strong communication and advocacy skills. You’ll handle everything from client intake and case management to drafting legal documents and representing clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Arizona Family Law procedures, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. We value your openness to expand your knowledge into probate and DCS cases if you don’t already have experience in these areas, as demographic developments begin to shape new legal trends.
