AZ Lawyer who really helps and cares about Arizona’s military population
Jennifer is an awesome and well rounded lawyer. She helped me through a custody case that was dragging out in two states (CA & AZ). Luckily for me she is licensed in both states and was instrumental in moving my child custody case to AZ. Jennifer is firm, fair, and consistent in all that she did with my case. I have had to deal with many lawyers during the past seven year child custody battle and Jennifer has been the best and she has become the closer of this very long and drawn out child custody case. Because of her help this case should be closed within the next couple of months because all parties involved have finally come to agreements. I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time. Jennifer Moshier’s professionalism, honesty, and dedication exceeded all expectations while handling my Family Court case. My opponent and her attorney lobbed a number of dishonest, unethical attacks, but Ms. Moshier never wavered, never allowed them to distract her from the relevant issues. They complicated the case enough that I or a lesser attorney would never have been able to navigate the minefield of disinformation they created. Ms. Moshier was always responsive when crises arose, and always treated me like a like a valued client, rather than a set of problems in need of solving. Her instincts, quick-thinking, and legal expertise were spot-on, especially in court. I cannot recommend Moshier Law Firm strongly enough. My family will forever be grateful for her efforts.

I was recommended to use Jennifer through a friend of mine who was another Attorney and that Attorney said they had seen Jennifer in Court and she was excellent. They also told me that Jennifer picks the cases she wants to work on and she works as if she is a family member of yours…with all her might.
